I contacted GENTEC to diagnose and fix a partial power outage in my home. Both the office scheduler and the electrician (Kristofer) that came to my home were professional and personable. They patiently answered all my questions.I was very pleased that the scheduler was able to set an appointment for the following day. Kristofer arrived on time and clearly explained what he planned to do to diagnose the problem. He kept me informed of his progress and gave me a summary of his findings and the repair options. He then completed the work I agreed to and restored power throughout my home.In summary, the service GENTEC provided was excellent.

I was linked with them by Qmerit for the level-2 electric car charge point installation. They took more than 2 month after accepting my application. more than a month to submit to city for approval. 15 days to get the parts. while is available all over the place. they are doing this as a space project. Just to install a level -2 charger.

I made appts with several electricians to see what they would say. I like the input I was given by Kristopher and so we chose them. They would answer any questions I had right away. Everyone was on time and did what I need taken care of without having to make any new holes. They were very professional and finished a day early. Would definitely use them again
