GENTEC has grown since the beginning, but something that will never change is the deep relationships we’ve created through the years. Life is crazy sometimes and we all get busy, some really busy, but it’s always nice to run into or hear from a customer from years past, and catch up. We really enjoy and appreciate the trust our customers have put in us, we enjoy getting to know our customers and their entire families.

GENTEC is in the service business; the service we provide decides our fate. We strive to by a leader in “true customer satisfaction”, going beyond your expectations. We realize customer service is eroding away and part of that is due to big corporations and stockholders demanding return on their investments.
